Kashe hopes you are delighted with every order you place with us. If you’re not happy with your order, please write to us within 2 days from the date you received your order. The return can only be accepted if the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items with all tags attached in the original condition. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.
We do not accept returns on accessories including cotton face masks jewellery, scarves, stoles and make-up stained garments. This means customers are advised to take care appropriate precautionary measures when trying on garments to ensure the garments are not marked. All shoes are tried on carpet only. Altered and custom-made items cannot be returned and will not be accepted.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted on the following items and the sales are considered final for:
- Fabric Face masks
- Customised/Bespoke items/Made to order/Measure
- Fine Jewellery and earrings
- Vintage items
- Shoes & Bags
Whilst we are offering complimentary shipping on all products purchased by the customer as a launch special, returns must be organised and paid for by the customer at their own expense. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a replacement to us within 2 days from the date you received them.
